Advisor referral pack
When to bring in RevenueFlow.
We run outbound email and LinkedIn for your clients, book meetings with their ideal buyers, and are paid per qualified meeting held. A small deposit up front is credited against the first meeting. This page shows which of your clients it works for, and why, so you can refer with confidence.
01 / The fit
Which of your clients fit.
Pay-per-meeting outbound works when a cold message can land on a need the buyer already has. Six things make that true.
-
Their buyers always want what they sell
The need is ongoing: more customers, more revenue, lower costs. A first message lands on a problem the buyer already has, not one they need a trigger to feel.
-
A clear, measurable outcome
The offer visibly grows the buyer’s revenue or cuts their costs, so the value fits in the first two lines of an email.
-
A low-risk first step
Something they can put in front of a stranger: a sample, a pilot, a guarantee, or a meeting at an event their buyers attend. It turns “interesting” into a booked call.
-
A large enough market
Roughly 10,000 to 20,000+ reachable target companies, or fewer when each deal is large. Outbound runs on volume, so a small universe is used up in weeks.
-
Customers worth the meeting
A new customer is worth roughly $10,000 to $20,000+ to your client over their lifetime. The per-meeting fee has to be a small fraction of that for the maths to work.
-
B2B with reachable decision-makers
They sell to businesses with $1M+ in revenue, and the person who says yes can be found by name. A consumer buyer or an anonymous committee cannot be reached cold.
The quick read: if your client ticks most of the six and none of the harder fits, they are worth a conversation.
02 / Next step
Book a call here.
A 30-minute introduction with Fernando. Bring your client if they are ready, or come alone to talk through the fit first.
Use your work email and give your name as the referring advisor, so the referral is tracked to you. On the call, Fernando works through the client’s economics, agrees what counts as a qualified meeting, and sets the per-meeting rate from there. Nothing is priced before that conversation.
If the calendar does not load, open the booking page.
Know a client that fits? We pay you a share of what they spend with us for as long as they stay a client.
03 / Resources
Send these to your client.
They answer the common questions before the call, and they are written for the client.
04 / Or join the Roundtable
Not ready for a call? Join the Roundtable.
A free one-hour online session every two weeks. Two rooms: one for you, one for your clients.
