Who we are

The AI-native lead generation arm for B2B companies

Four good friends from London who started this in 2023. The people you meet are the people who run the work, nothing is delegated down a chain. We build predictable pipeline, and you only pay for the meetings it produces.

What we actually do: we generate qualified pipeline. We sell you the meetings themselves, and you pay only when a qualified buyer turns up to one.
Why now

Pipeline generation is getting harder every year

This is not you being bad at it. Two things changed underneath everyone at the same time, and they compound.
Reason one
Meetings are increasingly difficult to schedule
200+touch points to schedule the average meeting, and that number has climbed every year for the past five.Source: HockeyStack pipeline benchmark data, 2024
Reason two
Acquiring clients is becoming even more expensive
+60%increase in customer acquisition costs over the past five years.Source: ProfitWell (Paddle) CAC research
None of this is fixed by sending more. It is fixed by being in front of the right people continuously, with something they will actually believe, for as long as it takes their moment to come around. That is a system, not a campaign.
The problem

Two ways to get meetings, and what each one really costs

You need net new meetings. There are only two options on the table, and both have the same flaw.
Do it yourself
$5–6k / monthbefore a single meeting is booked
Hire an outbound SDR$4,000 / mo
Bring on the technology tools$1–2,000 / mo
Strategy to provideYours to build
Training and managementYour time, every week
Risk of the hire not working outA third leave in year one
Hire a lead gen agency
Retainerper month, paid on activity
Paid up front, every monthWhatever happens
Billed on activity, not on resultsNo guarantee
Dashboards full of numbersThat were not meetings
The flaw
they share
Both of them ask you to pay before you know whether it works. The risk sits entirely on your side of the table, and it always has.
So we flipped it

No retainer.
You only pay when a qualified buyer shows up.

A qualified buyer, matching criteria you approved in writing, attends the call. That is the only moment anything is charged. Nothing is monthly, and nothing is charged for activity.
What counts

The definition of a qualified meeting, agreed in writing before anything is sent.

What it costs

One rate agreed up front. If nobody attends, nothing is charged.

Your cap

You set the maximum meetings a month. The worst case is a number you chose.

The fine print, up front

What counts as a Qualified Meeting, decided before we start

The criteria are confirmed together in days 1 to 14, every meeting is checked against public facts, and there are no judgment calls after the fact.
A Qualified Meeting is:
  • The right kind of company. The geography, type and size the client approves. Public facts, checked before we ever reach out.
  • A decision-maker. The roles they approve. Not an assistant, not an intern.
  • Someone who agreed to the agenda. They know the meeting is about exploring what you sell, and they took it on that basis.
  • Someone who shows up. They attend the meeting. That is the moment it counts, and not before.
It is not:
  • A warm body. Nobody is pushed into a calendar slot just to hit a number.
  • Someone selling to you. A prospect who takes the call to pitch their own services, or to ask you to sell for them, does not count.
  • A no-show. If they do not turn up, we chase and rebook them. You do not pay for ghosts.
  • A promise they will buy. Nobody can promise that, and the price already assumes most first calls do not close. Need, timing and budget come out in the meeting. Who earns that meeting is the bar you set, next slide.
An example of what gets agreed in onboarding. Every client sets their own.

The
definition
A Qualified Meeting is a meeting where the prospect fits the agreed firmographic ICP criteria, has agreed to the agenda of exploring what you sell, and attends. Written down before anything is sent, so nothing is arguable later.
How we know it is qualified

Three checks before the call, and one after

You set the bar. We enforce it at every step, and a meeting that misses it is not invoiced. Exploring is not a defect. The bar decides who earns the conversation.
01 · Before outreach
Public facts
Company type, size, geography and role are verified against public sources before a first email. The wrong company is never contacted.
02 · In the reply thread
Agreed to the agenda
An SDR reads every reply. The prospect takes the call knowing it is about exploring what you sell. Anyone pitching their own services is filtered out here.
03 · On the booking form
Your required questions
Two or three questions you write at onboarding, answered by the prospect in their own words before the slot confirms.
  • A non-negotiable failed. No meeting, no charge. The prospect goes to nurture.
  • A context question. The answer travels with the booking, so the salesperson walks in knowing.
04 · After the call
Confirmed by you
Attended and matched the written criteria, or it is not invoiced. You have three business days to say so.
A live example. Every client writes their own.
Fulcrum, ecommerce personalisation softwareThree required questions on the booking page. Two are non-negotiables, one is context. The prospect answers before the slot confirms.
“Where does increasing AOV and conversion rate sit on your priority list?”
Answers Low: no meeting, nurture instead
“What is your timeframe for evaluating a solution like this?”
Answers 12 months or more: no meeting
“Would you like to see personalised recommendations running on your own site? We can prepare a live example.”
Answers Yes: the client walks in with a live example ready
What we
do not do
Ask a cold prospect for budget in an email. Most of what you sell gets budgeted after the first conversation, not before it. A budget gate at the top of the funnel keeps out the buyers you win. The bar decides who earns the first call, and the first call is where need gets found.
The process

Strategy, execution and reply management. All three are ours.

You operate none of it. There is nothing for you to buy, staff or run.
01 · Strategy

02 · Execution
List building, then outreach
We build the list, then work it across both channels into the same accounts.
EmailLinkedIn
  • List building. Market mapped, scored against the agreed ICP, every contact enriched and triple verified
  • Outreach. Email for scalable coverage, LinkedIn for credibility and a second route in
  • Copy researched and written one to one per prospect, never templated
03 · Reply management
Every reply worked by an SDR
A person, not a bot with a calendar link. This is the step almost every vendor skips.
  • An SDR reads and works every single reply, positive or not
  • Qualified against the criteria agreed in writing before anything was sent
  • Booked straight onto your calendar
  • Most vendors hand the replies back and call it a lead
1,000+
campaigns run, and that data is the lead generation intelligence layer underneath all of this. We already know what good looks like before your first email goes out: which play works for which kind of client, what a healthy reply rate is, and when to kill something. Your client is not the experiment.
The playbook

We drive traffic across the entire funnel

Two kinds of traffic. MQLs: buyers who raise their hand and enter your funnel. SQLs: decision makers booked straight into a sales conversation.

Qualified pipeline: meetings booked into your calendar
Every tool on this slide runs on our licences and our people, so you pay for none of it and operate none of it.
Who you get

Who you get, without hiring anyone

A strategic team on the engagement from day one, both co-founders included. Nobody to recruit, nobody to ramp, nobody to manage, and no seat to backfill when someone leaves.
Who sets the direction
Account Lead
RevenueFlow co-founder
  • You work directly with a co-founder on the strategy and who to go after
  • Picks the plays to test, and agrees the plan with you
  • Your single point of contact, in Slack, every week

Who builds it
Technical Architect
RevenueFlow co-founder
  • Builds the sending infrastructure: domains, inboxes, warmup, deliverability
  • Builds the data and enrichment pipeline behind the targeting
  • The other co-founder, with direct access to him in Slack. Every tool is ours, so nothing is handed to you to operate
Makes it actually run, and keeps it running
Who works the replies
Embedded SDR
Inside your process
  • Works every positive reply, qualifies it and books it to the calendar
  • Follow-up and nurture on everyone who did not reply the first time
  • In your Slack channel day to day, and the salespeople get a booked calendar rather than a list to chase
The outbound hire you were weighing up is one third of this, and it is the third you would have had to recruit, train and manage. Three people, none of them on your payroll.
What you
actually get
A strategic team, not an account manager. You work directly with both co-founders in a shared Slack channel, UK based and on Eastern hours. Nothing is delegated down a chain, and there is nobody to chase.

Common questions

What clients actually ask, and the honest answer

Every one of these came up on a live pay-per-meeting call. The first is the one we hear every time.
“So we pay even if they don’t buy?”
Yes, and we say so up front. You set the bar for who earns the call, and the price assumes most first calls do not close. Need is found in the meeting, not in a cold email.
“What if they do not turn up?”
You pay nothing. We chase and rebook them. Attendance is the moment it counts, so a no-show is our problem.
“How do we know you will not book us junk?”
The criteria are agreed in writing before we start and every meeting is checked against public facts. Off-criteria means not invoiced.
“Could the cost run away from us?”
No. You cap how many meetings we are allowed to book in a month and we stop at it, so your maximum spend is a number you chose before we start.
“What if it does not work for us?”
Not every pilot works, and we say so up front. The deposit is refunded in full if we have not booked a qualified meeting inside 90 days, and you still keep the data: which segments and messages drew replies, and what your market told us.
“Why would our rate differ from another client’s?”
The rate comes from your numbers: what a customer is worth to you and how often a first meeting closes. A more valuable meeting costs more.
“Have you done our vertical?”
Ask, and we will tell you straight. What transfers is the method rather than the industry, and where we have not worked before we say so.
“Is this AI, or is it people?”
Both, and it matters which. AI researches and drafts. People approve the list, work every reply and qualify before anything reaches your calendar.
“Last time, the list was bought rather than built.”
Accounts are researched and verified before anyone is contacted, and every address is checked before send. A bought list is why the messages could not be about anything real.
“Will we be handed to a junior once we sign?”
No. The founders on this call stay on the account, and one team owns targeting through to booking. There is nobody to be handed down to.
“When it underperforms, will you be able to tell us why?”
You see results by segment, sender, campaign and channel, so the broken part is identifiable rather than argued about. The data decides what scales.
